How do you know if you’re drinking too much, or if you need help?
Ask yourself a few questions:
- During the day, do you you think about having that glass of wine or alcohol as soon as you get home?
- Do you find that you drink more than a glass or two each day?
- Do you ever drink to the point you don’t remember what happened? (black out?)
- Is drinking interfering with your work, your life and family?
If you answer “YES” to any of these questions and want to stop drinking completely or cut back on how much your drink and how often, hypnosis can help you. Often times, clients are able to use hypnosis to stop drinking after the first session.
Excessive drinking sneaks up on you – at first it might be the occasional drink with co-workers after work. Perhaps it’s the way you unwind after a hard day, or on the weekends. Then you find it’s almost every day and the amount you drink is more than a glass of wine. Eventually it’s every day and you don’t stop drinking until the bottle is empty. You may be one of those people who drink fast and the body simply doesn’t know it’s had too much until it’s too late. The next morning you don’t remember what happened or what you did, the only thing you know for sure is that you don’t feel good and are hung over.
