Using affirmations first thing in the morning and just before you go to bed at night can help shift any habit. Saying the affirmations 10 times (out loud or in your mind) will do the trick. Try counting on your fingers each time you say the affirmation so that you know you’ve done 10. You will find that during the day you will repeat the affirmations when you least expect it. Habits take 21 – 30 days to change, so try this for 21 days.
