Hi, I have an extreme fear of flying. I have flown my whole life. My dad was a flight instructor growing up. I have usually been able to control my fear but it has gotten continuously worse. Last flight I came unglued and thought I was going to have a breakdown. My father is dying and I am going to have to get back on a plane soon. I figured I would try hypnosis.
