A Three-Session Approach for Lasting Change
To help you get the best results from hypnosis, I use a three-session framework that supports your mind in making real and lasting change. Each step has a purpose, and each session builds upon the one before it.
While most clients achieve their goals within these three sessions, some situations are more layered and may require additional work. If that happens, I will be upfront with you and we will adjust the plan together. My goal is always the same: to help you receive optimal results as quickly, safely, and effectively as possible, without rushing or extending the process unnecessarily.
Session 1: Intake and Consultation
Your first visit is a relaxed, conversation-based intake. This session can be done by phone or in person. During this visit we will review your history, concerns, and goals, talk about how hypnosis works, answer your questions, and discuss the best approach for your needs.
No hypnosis is done in this first session. It is designed to create a strong foundation for your work.
Session 2: Your First Hypnosis Session
Your first hypnosis session is usually scheduled within one week of your intake.
During this session, I gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions. This is where we begin shifting unwanted habits, beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses.
At the end of this session, we schedule the next appointment to reinforce and deepen the changes.
Session 3: Reinforcement and Recording
Your second hypnosis session builds on the work from the first, strengthening the new patterns we have created.
This session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes and includes a personalized audio recording. You will listen to this recording for 21 to 30 days to reinforce the changes at a subconscious level.
Because habits take 21 to 30 days to fully integrate, this repetition is an important part of long-term success.

Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation
Some clients become smoke-free after one session, depending on their history and stress levels, but most benefit from two closely scheduled sessions.
The second session includes a custom recording designed to support the 21 to 30 days it takes to fully integrate a smoke-free lifestyle. This recording is essential to long-term success.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is a specific form of hypnosis where the client is guided to earlier points in their current life or to one or more previous lifetimes.
This approach is often helpful for unexplained fears, phobias, emotional blocks, and patterns that do not originate in the current life.
The first Past Life Regression session is a minimum of two hours. It is ideal, though not required, for clients to have had at least one prior hypnosis session so they are familiar with the process. Recordings may be created depending on your goals.
